This is a handmade pendant with a 5 carat swiss blue topaz. Underneath the topaz is a 6 carat Biwa pearl with a light violet hue and below that is a rectangular blue and brown turquoise. All are set in bezels and very smooth and easy to wear.  A chain can be added or you can use your own.
